Evidentally, I'm not finishing "The Roommate"...

I've never been able to stomach horror movies that well, but I wanted to watch this for Leighton. Despite playing a fashionista, she's very unlike Blair. Very creepy. Man! Quite psychotic indeed!

In case you haven't seen the movie, I'll put the reason under a cut. It's happens midway through the film and I don't think it's too spoilery but to be safe.

She puts a kitten in the washer! I have a cat, whom I love dearly, and the thought of a cat being stuffed in the washer...too much! I didn't watch the scene. I don't want to see kitty being whirled around to its death in a washer or dead! kitty! being found.

It doesn't show it, it just shows her put it in the washer and then she's calling Minka's character and crying about losing the kitty. It was upsetting but not as upsetting as when she beat herself up (which I think comes after that) to look like she was mugged.

I wouldn't have been able to watch it if it showed everything *shudders*

Thank god! Given what they had already shown in the movie (ripping the belly ring out, piercing her own ears), I thought we were going to see her looking in the washer as the cat died an agonizing death.

Curiousity is getting the better of me to finish the movie. (It wasn't bad, just scary in a traumatic way.) However, I need to prepare myself first. And make sure I have a romcom on the ready after I've finished it!
